·       Wednesday, June 07 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, site to be determined: SBA Workshop sponsored (in part) by Malheur Wildlife Refuge & HCED. This workshop will explain the 8(a) Business Development Program, the Small Disadvantaged Business Certification Program and the Historically Underutilized Business Zone Program.  These programs open the door to contracting opportunities with the federal government. HHOPE’s newest fundraiser is a cookbook made up of time-tested recipes contributed by HHOPE’s volunteers and staff. The initial printing will be 50 copies. They are $10 each and will be available at HHOPE and the Chamber of Commerce.
